LISTRAL was founded by API Capital, S.A., OGMA – Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, S.A., IBEROMOLDES S.A. and Manuel Pousada ( Herdeiros ) Ltd.

IBEROMOLDES founded a company focused to provide laser welding services - OR LASER TECHNOLOGIES.

IBEROMOLDES founded CARE, company specialized on manufacturing and commercialization medical devices.

1998

Five years later, following the global customer requirements, IBER-OLEFF´s subsidiary company - IBER-OLEFF Brasil - was established in São Paulo, Salto.

1996

IBEROMOLDES implemented a Quality Systems in 4 of all subsidiary companies: ABRANTES, CELECTRO, EDILÁSIO and IBER-OLEFF.

1994

IBEROTEC was founded as a joint venture between IBEROMOLDES Group and INTERMEX Group.

1993

IBER-OLEFF was founded as a joint venture between IBEROMOLDES Group and OLHO TECHNIK.

1989

IBEROMOLDES founding a company focused on product development and engineering - SETsa.

EMBALTEC merges with POLIMOLDES and becomes the center for the purchase of raw materials and accessories for IBEROMOLDES Group companies.

In partnership with the CIPLA Group, IBEROMOLDES Brasil is incorporated in Joinville in the State of Santa Catarina.                                           

1991

IBEROMOLDES sells 90% of POLIMOLDES 'capital to the German partner, which is later renamed ESCHMANN-STAHL Portugal.

IBEROMOLDES founding a company focused to provide mould tests - MTM.

IBEROMOLDES UK and SET UK are formed.

1986

IBEROMOLDES constituted an organization dedicated to provide and perform the Research and Development, as well as, training programs directed to all Group´s companies – IBEROMOLDES ACE.

U.S. Chamber of Commerce” gives at IBEROMOLDES the “AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE-PORTUGUESE/AMERICAN TRADE”.

IBEROMOLDES integrates the first computational simulation tool in their engineering units – MOULDFLOW.

IBEROMOLDES acquires the mouldmaking pioneer in Portugal – Aníbal H. Abrantes, SA.

Assignment of participation in ECOAL and sale of the company Nobre & Silva.

IBEROMOLDES founding a Mexican company focused on developing and manufacturing mould for plastic injection - INTERMOLDES.

1983

IBEROMOLDES integrates one CAD/CAM system. The first CAD/CAM system installed on Tooling industry.

1981

IBEROMOLDES goes International in Tunisia, founding a local company focused to developing and manufacturing mould for plastic injection - TUNIMOULDS.

1979

IBEROMOLDES acquires the company Nobre & Silva, whose its activity has been focused on manufacturing plastic components.

It is founded the PLASTRADE, company technical-commercial dedicated to industrialization projects for plastic processing industry.

1978

IBEROMOLDES acquires one of the pioneers in Portugal´s mouldmaking industry – Edilásio Carreira da Silva, LDA.

It was established one company focused on mould structures and other standards components – IBERONORMA.

IBEROMOLDES acquired the company SECE, whose its activity has been focused on developing and manufacturing moulds for injection and blow processes.

It was constituted the PORTUMOLDE, company specialized on developing and manufacturing moulds for thermoplastics and die casting.

It was founded the CEMAFRE, company whose activity has been concentrated on precision machining processes.

1977

IBEROMOLDES founded CELECTRO, company specialized on EDM.

Was established one company focused on superficial polishing and mould assembling – POLIMOLDES.

It was constituted the IBEROCAP, company specialized on manufacturing bottles caps for water and oil.

It was founded the EMBALTEC, company which incorporates thermoplastic injection and blowing processes.

1975

IBEROMOLDES was founded at September 15th.

2015

IBER-OLEFF Brazil is approved for Fiat Brazil supply.
